消費者健康データのプライバシーポリシーConsumer Health Data Privacy Policy

本ポリシーは、ワシントン州 My Health My Data Act、ネバダ州 SB 370、コネチカット州法など、米国の消費者健康データに関する法令に基づき、鈴木 健司（屋号：RouteRun。以下「当社」）が RouteRun アプリで取り扱う消費者健康データについて定めるものです。そのほかの個人データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

1. 収集する消費者健康データ

  • Apple のヘルスケアから、ご本人が許可した項目: 心拍数、心拍変動、VO2Max 推定値、消費カロリー、歩数、ワークアウトの記録
  • アプリで記録するワークアウトの心拍数などの計測値
  • トレーニングやコンディションに関してご本人が入力した内容（体調・痛みに関する申告、AIコーチへの質問など）
  • 上記から推定する指標（回復の目安、コーチングプロファイルなど）

2. 取得元

ご本人（入力・アプリの操作）、ご本人の端末と Apple Watch、Apple のヘルスケア（ご本人が許可した場合のみ）。

3. 収集と利用の目的

  • ワークアウトの記録と、iPhone・Apple Watch 間の同期
  • AIコーチによる練習と回復の提案（ヘルスケアデータの利用をオンにした場合のみ）
  • 安全上の注意の表示（強い体調不良の訴えを検出した場合の受診のご案内など）
  • サービスの品質の確認と改善（分析に同意した場合のみ）

広告、データの販売、ジオフェンスによる健康関連の追跡には使用しません。

4. 同意

消費者健康データの収集には、アプリで事前に明示的な同意をいただきます。第三者への共有には、収集とは別の同意をいただきます。同意はアプリの設定からいつでも撤回できます。

5. 共有する消費者健康データと共有先

  • 処理事業者（当社の委託先）: Google LLC（データの保存、生成AIによる回答の作成）。当社の指示に基づいてのみ処理し、自らの目的には使用しません。処理事業者への提供は法令上の「共有」に当たりません
  • 第三者への共有: 行いません。将来行う場合は、事前に別の同意をいただきます
  • 関連会社: ありません

6. ご本人の権利と行使方法

  • 当社が消費者健康データを収集・共有しているかの確認と、そのデータへのアクセス
  • データを共有したすべての第三者と処理事業者の一覧の請求（連絡先を含む）
  • データの削除（処理事業者のもとのデータも含みます）
  • 収集・共有への同意の撤回

アプリの設定（データのエクスポート、アカウントの削除、AIコーチングの同意の撤回）から、または support@routerun.jp へのメールで行使できます。アカウントに登録されたメールアドレスからのご連絡などでご本人を確認し、45日以内に回答します（必要な場合は理由をお伝えのうえ45日延長します）。費用は無料です。権利の行使を理由に不利益な取り扱いはしません。

7. 不服申し立て

請求に対する当社の判断に不服がある場合は、通知を受けてから45日以内に、件名を「Appeal」として support@routerun.jp へご連絡ください。45日以内に結果と理由をお知らせします。なお不服がある場合は、お住まいの州の司法長官（ワシントン州は Washington State Attorney General）に申し立てることができます。

8. 保持期間

アカウントの有効期間中、またはプライバシーポリシー 第5条に定める期間保持し、その後削除します。

This policy describes the consumer health data that Kenji Suzuki (trade name: RouteRun; "we") handles in the RouteRun app, under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, Connecticut law and similar US consumer health data laws. For other personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect

  • From Apple Health, the items you permit: heart rate, heart rate variability, estimated VO2 Max, calories, steps and workout records
  • Measurements such as heart rate recorded during workouts in the app
  • What you enter about your training and condition (for example reports of how you feel or pain, and questions to the AI coach)
  • Indicators inferred from the above (for example recovery guidance and your coaching profile)

2. Sources

You (what you enter and how you use the app), your device and Apple Watch, and Apple Health (only if you permit it).

3. Purposes of collection and use

  • Recording workouts and syncing them between iPhone and Apple Watch
  • Training and recovery suggestions from the AI coach (only if you turn health data on)
  • Safety guidance (for example advising medical care when a serious symptom is reported)
  • Checking and improving service quality (only if you consent to analysis)

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, sell it, or use geofences to track health-related visits.

4. Consent

We ask for your explicit consent in the app before collecting consumer health data, and for separate consent before any sharing with a third party. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings.

5. Data we share and with whom

  • Processors (our service providers): Google LLC (storage, and generating AI coach replies). They process data only on our instructions and not for their own purposes. Disclosure to processors is not "sharing" under these laws.
  • Sharing with third parties: none. If we ever do, we will ask for your separate consent first.
  • Affiliates: none.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

  • Confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, and access it
  • Obtain a list of all third parties and processors with which we shared it, including contact details
  • Delete it, including copies held by our processors
  • Withdraw consent to collection or sharing

Use the app settings (export data, delete account, withdraw AI coaching consent) or email support@routerun.jp. We verify your identity (for example an email from your registered address) and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice and reasons). There is no charge, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Appeals

If you disagree with our decision on a request, email support@routerun.jp with the subject "Appeal" within 45 days of our notice. We will tell you the result and the reasons within 45 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General (in Washington, the Washington State Attorney General).

8. Retention

We keep consumer health data while your account exists or for the periods in §5 of our Privacy Policy, then delete it.
