セキュリティとデータの取り扱いSecurity and data handling

保存する場所

• アカウント情報、走行記録、アプリのデータは、日本（東京リージョンのデータセンター）に保存します。（§4.1）
• サインインに使う情報（メールアドレス、パスワードの検証用の情報、サインインの記録と IP アドレス）は、Google の認証基盤により米国で処理されます。（§3・§4.1）
• AIコーチ「あゆむ」の回答は、日本（東京リージョン）で作ります。（§4.1・§3）
• データを預ける事業者と処理地域は、サブプロセッサー一覧に載せています。

Where data is stored

• Account information, run records and app data are stored in Japan (in data centers in the Tokyo region). (§4.1)
• Information used for signing in (email address, password verification data, sign-in records and IP addresses) is processed in the United States by Google's authentication service. (§3, §4.1)
• Replies from the AI coach Ayumu are produced in Japan (Tokyo region). (§4.1, §3)
• The providers that process data for us, and where, are listed in the sub-processor list.

データの守り方

• データは保存時も通信時も暗号化します。（§4.2・§1.1）
• データへのアクセスはアカウントごとに制御します。パスワードは、認証基盤が元に戻せない形式で管理します。（§4.2）
• パスキーの秘密鍵は当社のサーバーには送られません（Apple のキーチェーンに保存され、iCloud キーチェーンを使う場合は暗号化されたままご本人の端末間で同期されます）。（§1）
• 個人データを取り扱う者には守秘義務を課し、業務委託先には契約で適切な取り扱いを求めて監督します。取扱状況は個人情報保護管理者が定期的に点検します。（§4.2）
• 使っているソフトウェア部品の脆弱性を監視し、公開の前に自動テストを行います。（§4.2）
• サービス運用ログの中のユーザーIDは仮名化しています。（§5.1・§3）
• サービスの品質を分析するときは、アカウントと直接結びつかない仮名の識別子を使います。仮名化した情報も個人データとして扱います。（§2.3）

How data is protected

• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. (§4.2, §1.1)
• Access to data is controlled per account. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in an irreversible form. (§4.2)
• Your passkey's private key is never sent to our servers (it is kept in Apple's Keychain and, if you use iCloud Keychain, synced end-to-end encrypted between your own devices). (§1)
• Anyone who handles personal data is bound by confidentiality, and contractors are bound by contract and supervised. Our personal information protection manager reviews handling regularly. (§4.2)
• We monitor the software components we use for vulnerabilities, and run automated tests before release. (§4.2)
• User IDs in service operation logs are pseudonymised. (§5.1, §3)
• When we analyse service quality, we use a pseudonymous identifier that is not directly linked to your account. Pseudonymised data is still treated as personal data. (§2.3)

AIへの送信

• クラウドAIは、アプリの中で同意した場合だけ使います。同意はいつでも撤回できます。（§2.1・§6.1）
• お名前、メールアドレス、正確なGPS座標はAIに送りません。ヘルスケアの指標は、AIでの利用をオンにした場合だけ送ります。（§2.1）
• クラウドAIを使えないとき（オフラインのときなど）や「クラウドAIをオフ」をオンにした場合は、対応する端末の中のAIが答え、そのときは外部のサーバーにデータを送りません。（利用規約 第5条）

What goes to AI

• The cloud AI is used only if you consent in the app. You can withdraw consent at any time. (§2.1, §6.1)
• Your name, email address and precise GPS coordinates are not sent to the AI. Apple Health metrics are sent only if you turn on their use for AI. (§2.1)
• When the cloud AI cannot be used (for example, offline) or when you turn on "Cloud AI off", the on-device AI of a supported device answers, and no data is sent to external servers in that case. (Terms, Article 5)

保持する期間

データはアカウントがある間保持し、削除を求めてから所定の期間内に削除します。法令で保存が必要な記録（同意の記録・購入の記録）は最大7年保持します。データの種類ごとの期間は、正本であるプライバシーポリシーの「保持と削除」でご確認ください。

How long data is kept

Data is kept while your account exists and deleted within the stated period after you ask for deletion. Records that the law requires us to keep (consent records and purchase records) are kept for up to 7 years. For the period for each kind of data, see the authoritative retention and deletion section of the Privacy Policy.

アカウントを削除したときに消えるもの・残るもの

• アプリの「設定」からいつでも削除でき、本人確認のうえ、ランの記録と個人情報を削除します。（§5.2）
• 個人を識別できるGPSのルートは30日以内に削除します。個人を識別する情報を取り除いた集計済みの統計は残ることがあります。（§1.2）
• バックアップからは最大90日以内に消去します。法令で保存が必要な同意の記録と購入の記録は、所定の期間（最大7年）保持します。（§5.1）
• Apple のヘルスケアに書き込んだワークアウトは、ヘルスケア App から削除できます。（§5.3）
• 手順はアカウントを削除するをご覧ください。

What account deletion removes, and what remains

• You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings. After re-authentication, your run records and personal data are deleted. (§5.2)
• Personally identifiable GPS routes are deleted within 30 days. Aggregated statistics from which all personal identifiers have been removed may be kept. (§1.2)
• Data is erased from backups within 90 days at most. Consent records and purchase records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period (up to 7 years). (§5.1)
• Workouts written to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app. (§5.3)

漏えいなどが起きたとき

EU/EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方のデータに影響する侵害は、発覚から72時間以内に監督当局に通知し、リスクが高い場合はご本人に直接お知らせします。日本の個人情報保護法に基づく報告と通知も行います。（§4.3）

If a breach happens

For a breach affecting data of people in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify affected people directly when the risk is high. We also report and notify as required by Japan's APPI. (§4.3)

ウェブサイトの安全対策

• このサイトとの通信は常に暗号化されます。暗号化されていない接続は自動で暗号化された接続に切り替わり、主要なブラウザには、このサイトを暗号化された接続でしか開かないよう事前に登録しています。
• このサイトには入力フォームやアカウントがなく、個人情報を受け取ったり保存したりしません。お問い合わせは、お使いのメールアプリで作成して送っていただく形です。
• ブラウザに対して、当サイトが許可したもの以外を読み込まないこと、他のサイトの中に埋め込んで表示させないことを指示しています。外部から読み込むプログラムはアクセス解析だけで、Cookie の確認で同意した場合にだけ動きます。メールアドレスの確認などのページでは動きません。（Cookie について）
• 公開する前に、内容と設定を機械で検査し、人が確認します。公開した版はすべて履歴に残り、問題があればすぐに前の版に戻せます。
• サイトが正しく表示されているかを、複数の地域から継続的に確認しています。
• 脆弱性を見つけた場合の連絡先は、脆弱性の報告に載せています。

How this website is protected

• Connections to this site are always encrypted. Unencrypted connections are switched to encrypted ones automatically, and the site is pre-registered with major browsers so that they only ever open it over an encrypted connection.
• This site has no forms and no accounts, and it does not receive or store personal information. To contact us, you write and send an email from your own mail app.
• We instruct browsers not to load anything we have not allowed, and not to let other sites embed this site. The only program loaded from outside is analytics, and it runs only if you agree in the cookie notice. It never runs on pages such as email address confirmation. (Cookies)
• Before anything is published, its content and settings are checked automatically and reviewed by a person. Every published version is kept, so we can return to the previous version straight away if something goes wrong.
• We check at regular intervals, from several regions, that the site is being served correctly.

調査のときにお願いしたいこと

• ご自身のアカウントとデータだけを使ってください。ほかの方のデータにアクセスしたり、変更・削除したりしないでください
• ほかの方の個人データに触れてしまった場合は、そこで調査をやめ、保存したデータを消したうえでお知らせください
• サービスを止めたり遅くしたりする試験、迷惑メール、なりすましなどの手法は使わないでください
• 修正が終わるまで、問題の内容を公表しないでください

Reporting a vulnerability

If you find a security issue in the RouteRun app or website, email support@routerun.jp with the subject "Security report".

While you investigate

• Use only your own account and data. Do not access, change or delete anyone else's data
• If you come across another person's personal data, stop, delete anything you saved, and tell us
• Do not run tests that stop or slow the service, and do not use spam, phishing or impersonation
• Do not disclose the issue publicly until it is fixed
