表示をお売りするスポンサーではなく、互いに価値を出し合う提携です。自治体・観光協会、技術連携、クラブ・コーチ・コミュニティ、研究・大学のご相談を承っています。事業・提携のご案内Not sponsorship that sells placement, but partnerships where each side brings something. お約束することWhat we promise

どの提携でも、次のことは変わりません。Whatever the partnership, these never change.

• 利用者の個人情報、位置情報、健康データを、ご本人の同意なく第三者にお渡ししません。大会主催者や提携先も同じです。We never pass users' personal information, location or health data to anyone without their consent. That includes race organizers and partners.
• アプリ内の表示順や、あゆむの助言、ルート、大会の紹介を、お金で変えることはありません。アプリに広告枠はなく、広告用の SDK も組み込んでいません。Money never changes what the app shows first, or what Ayumu advises, the routes it makes or the races it suggests. The app has no ad space and no advertising SDK.
• 提携によるお知らせには、「PR」または「提携」と明記します。Any announcement that comes from a partnership is labeled "PR" or "Partnership".
• ご許諾のない大会ロゴや、「公式」「公認」の表示は使いません。We never use a race logo, or words like "official" or "approved", without permission.
• 掲載や共同のお知らせは、公開の前に内容をご確認いただきます。公開のあとも、訂正や終了のご連絡を承ります。掲載の訂正と取りやめに費用はかかりません。You review any listing or joint announcement before it is published, and you can ask us to correct or end it afterwards. Correcting or removing a listing is free.

製品Product

iPhone と Apple Watch 向けのランニングアプリです（iOS 26 / watchOS 26 以降）。2026年10月に App Store で公開しました。A running app for iPhone and Apple Watch (iOS 26 / watchOS 26 or later), released on the App Store in October 2026.

運営とご契約の相手方Operator and contracting party

東京を拠点とする、Kenji Suzuki（屋号：RouteRun）の個人事業です。ご契約の相手方も個人事業主の Kenji Suzuki で、法人ではありません。法人との取引が社内の決まりになっている場合や、請求・支払いに必要な書類がある場合は、ご相談の最初にお知らせください。A sole proprietorship run by Kenji Suzuki (trade name: RouteRun), based in Tokyo. Contracts are also with Kenji Suzuki as a sole proprietor; RouteRun is not a company. If your rules require contracting with a company, or you need particular documents for invoicing and payment, please tell us at the start.

やり取りWorking with us

運営者が直接やり取りします。小さな体制のため、同時に進められる提携の数には限りがあります。お受けできない場合も、その旨をお返事します。You deal with the founder directly. As a small team, we can only take on a few partnerships at a time. If we can't take yours on, we will still tell you.

メールだけで承っています（support@routerun.jp）。通常5営業日以内にお返事します。By email only (support@routerun.jp). We usually reply within 5 business days.

ご連絡のあとの流れWhat happens after you write

1. お問い合わせのページから、ご相談の内容をメールでお送りください。種別を選ぶと、書いていただきたい項目が入ります。Send us your proposal by email from the contact page. Choosing a topic fills in the points we need.
2. 通常5営業日以内に、お受けできるかどうか、または追加で伺いたいことをお返事します。Within 5 business days, as a rule, we reply with whether we can take it on, or with any questions.
3. 内容が固まったら、範囲、期間、費用、データの扱いを書面で確認します。Once the details are settled, we confirm the scope, term, fees and data handling in writing.
4. 掲載や共同のお知らせは、公開の前に内容をご確認いただきます。You review any listing or joint announcement before it is published.
5. 公開のあとも、訂正や終了のご連絡を承ります。After publication, you can still ask us to correct or end it.
