クラウドの AI をオフにする（端末の中だけで答える）Turn off cloud AI (answers on your device only)
「クラウドAIをオフ」をオンにすると、あゆむとの会話がどう変わるか、変わらないものは何か、通知の「プライバシーモード」との違いを説明します。What changes in your chats with Ayumu when you turn on Turn Off Cloud AI, what it doesn't change, and how it differs from Privacy Mode for notifications.

「クラウドAIをオフ」をオンにすると、あゆむはクラウドの AI を使わず、この iPhone の中の AI だけで答えます。会話の内容は、回答を作るためにクラウドへ送られなくなります。
オンにする
- 「プロフィール」タブ右上の歯車のボタンから「設定」を開きます。
- 「AI」の「詳細設定」を開きます。
- 「クラウドAIをオフ」をオンにします。
元に戻すときは、同じ場所でオフにします。
オンにすると変わること
- あゆむとのチャットの回答を、この iPhone の中の AI が作ります。
- 回答の質が下がり、短く簡単になることがあります。
答えられないときは「AIプライバシーモードがオンのため」で始まる表示が出ます。この表示の「AIプライバシーモード」は、「クラウドAIをオフ」のことです。
オンにしても変わらないこと
「クラウドAIをオフ」が変えるのは、あゆむとのチャットだけです。次のものは、これまでどおり動きます。
- AI によるルートの生成
- ランのあとの分析や、トレーニングプランの見直し
- ランの記録をアカウントに保存して同期すること
クラウドの AI をすべて使わないようにするには、AI コーチングへの同意を撤回します。詳しくは同意を撤回するをご覧ください。送るデータの全体はRouteRun が扱うデータと送信先にまとめています。
通知の「プライバシーモード」とは別の設定です
「設定」の「環境設定」にある「通知」の画面にも「プライバシーモード」があります。こちらは、通知に距離やペースを表示しないための設定で、AI とは関係ありません。
When Turn Off Cloud AI is on, Ayumu answers with the AI on this iPhone only, without cloud AI. Your conversation is no longer sent to the cloud to write answers.
Turn it on
- Open the Profile tab and tap the gear button at the top right to open Settings.
- Under AI, open Advanced.
- Turn on Turn Off Cloud AI.
To go back, turn it off in the same place.
What changes
- Answers in your chats with Ayumu are written by the AI on this iPhone.
- Answers may be less detailed, shorter and simpler.
When Ayumu can't answer, a message starting with AI Privacy Mode is on appears. "AI Privacy Mode" in that message means Turn Off Cloud AI.
What doesn't change
Turn Off Cloud AI affects chats with Ayumu only. These keep working as before:
- AI route generation
- Analysis after a run and training plan updates
- Saving your runs to your account and syncing them
To stop using cloud AI altogether, withdraw consent to AI coaching. See Withdraw consent. For everything that is sent, see What data RouteRun handles and where it goes.
Not the same as Privacy Mode for notifications
The Notifications screen under Preferences in Settings also has Privacy Mode. That setting hides distance and pace in notifications and has nothing to do with AI.
