RouteRun は、走る距離に合わせてルートを作り、そのルートを走って記録するアプリです。画面下の 5 つのタブから使います。

タブの役割

タブできること
「ホーム」最近のランと統計を見られます。主な機能の入口もここにあります。
「ルート・ラン」ルートを作って走ります。ルートを作らずに走ることもできます。
「記録」これまでのランの記録を見られます。
「大会」近くの大会やイベントを探せます。
「プロフィール」プロフィールとアカウントの情報を見られます。右上の歯車のボタンから「設定」を開けます。

「ホーム」

  • 「メイン機能」に、よく使う機能の入口が並んでいます。
    • 「ルート生成」: ルートを作る画面を開きます。
    • 「AIコーチ」: AI コーチ「あゆむ」とチャットします。
    • 「大会検索」: 大会を探します。
    • 「保存されたルート」: 保存したルートを開きます。
    • 「履歴」: 過去のランを見ます。
  • 「トレーニングプラン」から、プランを作ったり確認したりできます。

「ルート・ラン」

  • 画面上部で「ルート」と「フリーラン」を切り替えます。
  • 「ルート」では、「目標距離」と「ルートタイプ」を決めて「生成」を押すと、ルートができます。
  • 「フリーラン」では、ルートを作らずにそのまま走り始められます。

Apple Watch

Apple Watch があれば、iPhone で作ったルートを Watch で見ながら走れます。Apple Watch はなくても使えます。

無料プランと Pro

RouteRun は無料で使えます。Pro にすると、ルート生成の回数とあゆむの利用枠が増え、Deep Think・Agent、走るたびの AI 分析、詳しい分析、より自然な声の音声コーチなどが加わります。違いは 無料プランと Pro の違い をご覧ください。

トレーニングプランの作成と管理は、無料プランでも使えます。大会の予測タイムは、ひとつの数字ではなく目安の幅つきで表示されます。

「設定」で確認できること

「プロフィール」タブ右上の歯車のボタンから「設定」を開きます。

  • 「使用状況」: ルート生成、あゆむとのチャット、Deep Think、走ったあとの AI 分析、データの書き出しなどについて、残りの回数と、回数が戻る時刻をまとめて見られます。
  • 「プライバシー」の「プライバシーの権利とリクエスト」: データの販売停止の意思表示、登録した情報の訂正、処理の制限、データの保存期間の確認など、プライバシーに関する権利とその申し込み方法がまとまっています。データの書き出しや同意の撤回、アカウントの削除も、同じ「プライバシー」の中にあります。

うまくいかないとき

  • はじめて使う場合は、クイックスタートの手順に沿って進めてください。
  • 解決しない場合は、support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。

RouteRun creates a route that fits the distance you want to run, then records your run on it. You use it from the five tabs at the bottom of the screen.

What each tab does

Home

  • Main Features lists the features you use most.
    • Route Generation: opens the route creation screen.
    • AI Coach: chat with Ayumu, the AI coach.
    • Event Search: find races.
    • Saved Routes: open the routes you saved.
    • History: see past runs.
  • Use Training Plan to create or check your plan.

Route & Run

  • At the top of the screen, switch between Route and Free Run.
  • In Route, set the Target Distance and Route Type, then tap Generate to create a route.
  • In Free Run, you start running right away without a route.

Apple Watch

With an Apple Watch, you can follow a route made on your iPhone while you run. Apple Watch is optional.

Free plan and Pro

RouteRun is free to use. Pro gives you more route generations and a larger allowance for Ayumu, and adds Deep Think, Agent, AI analysis after every run, detailed analytics, voice coaching in a more natural voice and more. See Free vs Pro for details.

Creating and managing a training plan is available on the free plan too. Predicted race times are shown with a range, not as a single number.

What you can check in Settings

Open the Profile tab and tap the gear button at the top right to open Settings.

  • Usage: see what's left for route generation, chat with Ayumu, Deep Think, AI analysis after a run, data export and more, along with when each count resets.
  • Privacy Rights & Requests under Privacy: your privacy rights and how to request them, such as opting out of data sales, correcting your details, restricting processing and checking how long data is kept. Data export, withdrawing consent and deleting your account are also under Privacy.
