メールアドレスを変更するChange your email address

サインインに使うメールアドレスの変え方と、確認メールでの手続き、Apple・Google でサインインしている場合の扱いを説明します。How to change the email address you sign in with, confirm it by email, and what to do if you sign in with Apple or Google.

メールアドレスとパスワードで登録した場合は、アプリでサインイン用のメールアドレスを変更できます。Apple や Google でサインインしている場合は、変更の方法が異なります。

変更の画面を開く

  1. 画面下のタブで「プロフィール」を開きます。
  2. 「アカウント管理」の「メールアドレス」を押します。
  3. 「メールアドレス変更」の画面が開きます。

メールアドレスとパスワードで登録した場合

  1. 「現在のサインインID」に、いまのメールアドレスが表示されます。
  2. 「新しいメールアドレス」と「メールアドレス確認」に、新しいメールアドレスを同じように入れます。
  3. 「変更を保存」を押します。
  4. 「変更完了」と出たら、新しいメールアドレスに確認メールが届きます。
  5. メールを開き、リンクを押します。これで変更が終わります。

変更が終わったら、次からは新しいメールアドレスでサインインします。

Apple や Google でサインインしている場合

この画面では、サインイン用のメールアドレスを変更できません。

  • Apple の場合: 「iOS 設定を開く」を押します。iPhone の設定で、Apple がこのアプリに共有するメールアドレスを変更できます。
  • Google の場合: 「Google アカウントを開く」を押します。Google アカウントでメールアドレスを変えたあと、もう一度 RouteRun にサインインします。

連絡用メールアドレスを設定する

RouteRun からのお知らせを、サインイン用とは別のメールアドレスで受け取れます。サインインの方法にかかわらず設定できます。

  1. 「メールアドレス変更」の画面で、「連絡用メールアドレス（RouteRun からの通知用）」にメールアドレスを入れます。
  2. 「連絡用メールを保存」を押します。

サインイン用のメールアドレスは変わりません。元に戻すときは「サインイン用メールに戻す」を押します。

うまくいかないとき

  • 確認メールが届かない場合は、メールが届かないをご覧ください。
  • 「このメールアドレスは既に使用されています」と出た場合は、そのメールアドレスはほかのアカウントで使われています。別のメールアドレスを入れます。
  • 解決しない場合は、support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。

If you signed up with an email address and password, you can change your sign-in email in the app. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the steps are different.

Open the change screen

  1. Open the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Under Account Management, tap Email Address.
  3. The Change Email screen opens.

If you signed up with email and password

  1. Current Sign-in ID shows your current email address.
  2. Enter your new email address in both New Email Address and Confirm Email.
  3. Tap Save Changes.
  4. When Change Complete appears, a verification email is sent to your new address.
  5. Open the email and tap the link. This completes the change.

After the change, sign in with your new email address.

If you sign in with Apple or Google

You can't change your sign-in email on this screen.

  • Apple: tap Open iOS Settings. In your iPhone's settings, you can change which email Apple shares with this app.
  • Google: tap Open Google Account. Change your email in your Google account, then sign in to RouteRun again.

Set a contact email

You can receive messages from RouteRun at an address other than your sign-in email. This works whichever way you sign in.

  1. On the Change Email screen, enter an address under Contact email (for RouteRun messages).
  2. Tap Save contact email.

Your sign-in email doesn't change. To go back, tap Use sign-in email instead.

If something doesn't work

  • If the verification email doesn't arrive, see The email doesn't arrive.
  • If This email address is already in use appears, another account uses that address. Enter a different one.
  • If you're still stuck, email support@routerun.jp.
