データを書き出すExport your data
ランの履歴やプロフィール、あゆむとの会話を 1 つのファイルに書き出す方法と、1 回のランを GPX で書き出す方法を説明します。How to export your run history, profile and conversations with Ayumu as one file, and how to export a single run as GPX.

すべてのデータを書き出す
- 「プロフィール」タブ右上の歯車のボタンから「設定」を開きます。
- 「プライバシー」の「データをダウンロード」を押します。
- 「データをエクスポートしますか？」と出たら、「エクスポート」を押します。
- 準備の間は「エクスポートを準備中...」と表示されます。少し時間がかかることがあります。
- 共有の画面が出たら、保存する場所や送り先のアプリを選びます。
- サーバーに保存したデータまで含めて書き出せるのは、1 日 1 回までです。同じ日に 2 回目を書き出すと、この iPhone の中のデータだけのファイルになることがあります。
- 履歴がとても多いと、サーバーのデータの一部がファイルに入らないことがあります。すべてのデータが必要なときは、support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。
1 回のランを GPX で書き出す
- 「記録」タブを開きます。
- 書き出したいランを長押しします。
- 「GPXとして書き出す」を選びます。書き出しの間は「書き出し中...」と表示されます。
- 共有の画面で、保存する場所や送り先のアプリを選びます。
- 書き出せるのは、走り終えたランで、GPS の記録があるものだけです。
- 書き出せるのは 1 時間に 20 件までです。
うまくいかないとき
- 「エクスポート失敗」と出たときは、アプリを開き直して、もう一度お試しください。
- 「GPXエクスポートに失敗しました」と出たときは、時間をおいてもう一度お試しください。
- RouteRun が扱うデータについては、RouteRun が扱うデータと送信先をご覧ください。
- 解決しない場合は、support@routerun.jp までご連絡ください。

Export all your data
- Open the Profile tab and tap the gear button at the top right to open Settings.
- Under Privacy, tap Download Your Data.
- When Export Your Data? appears, tap Export.
- While the file is prepared, Preparing export... is shown. It may take a moment.
- When the share sheet appears, choose where to save the file or which app to send it to.
- Data stored on our servers can be included once a day. If you export a second time on the same day, the file may contain only the data on this iPhone.
- If your history is very large, part of the server data may not fit in the file. If you need all of it, email support@routerun.jp.
Export a single run as GPX
- Open the History tab.
- Touch and hold the run you want to export.
- Choose Export as GPX. While it runs, Exporting... is shown.
- In the share sheet, choose where to save it or which app to send it to.
- Only finished runs that have a GPS track can be exported.
- You can export up to 20 runs an hour.
If something doesn't work
- If you see Export Failed, reopen the app and try again.
- If you see GPX export failed, wait a while and try again.
